This position supports a Westwood, MAโ€“based advisory team serving clients from a legacy firm formerly known as Heritage and requires the advisor to be local to the area or willing to relocate.

Deliver Elite Advice at Scale

  • Own a defined โ€œclear bookโ€ of mass-affluent clients and provide financial advice using templated, techenabled workflows
  • Deliver consistent, highquality guidance tailored to each clientโ€™s needs
  • Balance efficiency with personal connection to create an excellent client experience

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Prepare and present planning concepts and portfolio updates clearly and concisely
  • Document meetings, execute followups promptly, and maintain proactive client touchpoints
  • Anticipate client needs and contribute to strong client satisfaction and retention

Partner with a Centralized Support Team

  • Collaborate closely with Client Service Associates and operations partners
  • Coordinate reviews, updates, trading requests, and service tickets through standardized processes

Growth & Business Development

  • Grow wallet share and earn referrals through exceptional service

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in a financial advisory or advisory support role, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and develop financial plans

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA preferred

  • CFPยฎ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within two years of hire)

  • Strong financial planning and wealth management acumen with sound judgment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial planning/investment tools
