What does a remote film production manager do?

A Remote Film Production Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of film production projects from a remote location. They manage budgets, schedules, and communication between different departments and crew members, often using digital tools to collaborate with on-site teams. Their responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, ensuring that production runs smoothly, and delivering the project on time and within budget. Remote Film Production Managers must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to adapt to the unique challenges of remote work in the film industry.
