About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will support real estate transactions from title clearance through loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved.

This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in accuracy and communication.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process closing files upon receipt, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Complete and update closing tasks across multiple systems of record
  • Verify documentation and data for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in scheduling closing dates and times
  • Review Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements
  • Prepare and send closing packages to closing agents
  • Coordinate and communicate daily with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and closing agents
  • Facilitate smooth transaction flow from title clearance to loan disbursement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.62/hr.
