About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Clerk to provide administrative support for daily office and cash-related operations. This position will assist with handling undeliverable checks, updating client information, making occasional outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and performing general clerical duties.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with computer systems, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Process and organize undeliverable checks and related documentation.
  • Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Research and verify updated client addresses using company systems and online resources such as Google.
  • Make occasional outbound calls to clients or other contacts as needed.
  • Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Assist with keeping the office organized and professional.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department and team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
