Infrastructure Administrator III 
(This is a remote position open to applicants residing in TX, NM, AZ, CO, or KS) 


Job Description 

The Infrastructure Administrator III will provide guidance and escalation support to the Corporate IT team regarding the technologies used to support the business and our clients. This role involves overseeing the health of our PSA and RMM systems, as well as managing incidents, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, providing training, communicating effectively, responding to emergencies, and executing internal projects. The goal is to ensure that our internal infrastructure remains healthy and efficient. Please note that this role will not have any direct reports. 

Requirements  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience 
  • Proven experience in a higher-tiered Tier III support role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, network administration, and technologies. 

  • MSP experience required  

  • All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities. 

  • Applicants for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, the following will result in being disqualified for this position: Felony Convictions, Felony Deferred Adjudication, Class A & B Misdemeanor Deferred Adjudication, Class B Misdemeanor Convictions, and Open Arrest for any Criminal Offense, and Family Violence Convictions.
