Proposal Analyst, Stf
What You Will Be Doing
As a Proposal Analyst, Stf, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial foundation of AMMM (C-130J, C-5, P-3) development and sustainment programs. Serving as a pricing expert, you will partner across engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer-facing teams to develop accurate, data-driven cost estimates and pricing packages. This high-visibility role directly supports proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and long-term program planning, ensuring pricing approaches are competitive, defensible, and aligned with both customer requirements and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a pricing expert supporting AMMM development and sustainment programs (C-130J, C-5, P-3)
- Develop accurate, data-driven cost estimates and pricing packages for proposals and negotiations
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer-facing teams
- Support proposal submissions and contract negotiations with well-supported financial analysis
- Contribute to long-term program planning through pricing and cost strategy development
- Ensure pricing approaches are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer and corporate expectations
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strengthen proposal strategies
