We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to assist with responding to customer reviews in a professional and courtous manner. When needed, you will coordinate with local management to assist customer needs. This role plays a critical part in shaping our brand reputation by engaging with customers, addressing feedback, and ensuring every interactiom reflects our company values.
