Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our proprietary Warehouse Management System (Connect). This system is the backbone of our operations and a cornerstone of Lineage's technology and productivity strategy. In this role, you will shape the future of Connect, making it the premier WMS for temperature-controlled environments globally.
You will lead a talented product team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation that impacts the entire food supply chain.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for Lineage's proprietary WMS (Connect).

  • Develop near and long-term product roadmaps aligned with company goals and initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders (including C-Suite) and external clients to discuss future initiatives and enhancements to our systems.

  • Lead the product team to prioritize the needs and incoming requests of stakeholders while considering value, scope, budget, resources, dependencies, and timelines.

  • Coordinate with product leaders across different teams to align roadmapsandensure cohesive execution.

  • Communicate expectations and gain buy in from stakeholders, ensuring a consistent feedback loop.

  • Establish success metrics for strategic initiatives and track measurable outcomes.

  • Facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions for development priorities.

  • Drive continuous improvement across teams to enhance delivery and value creation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in leadership roles.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with engineering, design, leadership, and internal & external stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsincludingthe ability to interact with all levels of the organization and convey concepts & results to a non-technical audience.

  • Proven ability to lead change in large, complex organizations.

  • Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, highly visible, and changing environment.

  • Experience inlogisticsor supply chain; warehouse operations experience is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and analytical tools (SQL, Excel).

  • People management experience with multiple direct reports.

  • Exceptionaltrack recordof delivering large-scale projectsfor Fortune 500 companies.
