Job description

As a Senior Deployment and Experimentation Lead of New Technology Introduction, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers and partners. You will engage customers to understand and document business requirements, drive problems solution and manage implementation programs. You will balance business needs with technical constraints, striving to find the right solution for each customer while maintaining a strong focus on standards, scalability and supportability.

You will implement technical approaches, and direct cross-functional efforts to meet ambitious timelines. You will also strategically drive continuous improvement, develop program documentation and influence the technical roadmaps. The ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and customers at remote sites around the world will make you successful in this role.

You will frequently travel (50-75%) to various Fulfillment Center locations in Europe. There will also be an element of international travel when required.
Key job responsibilities
Manage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations business partners to drive increases to Robotic asset performance.


Identify business risks and needs of new products to successfully stand-up a maintenance program.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Effectively interact and collaborate with Customers, Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions.


Proactively recognize and drive opportunities to simplify processes.
Contribute to and influence technical designs.
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.


Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.


Create, maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders.
