• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, including mental health diagnostics and ongoing assessments to monitor progress throughout therapy.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for open communication and exploration of psychological challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as necessary, promoting peer interaction and support.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Thrive Horizons Wellness, you will provide support to a diverse client population. • A valid licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential is required.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage a caseload effectively.

• Experience in addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
