This role is fully remote, harnessing the power of telehealth to connect with clients in a comfortable and convenient manner. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the mental health and behavioral needs of clients.
• Monitor client outcomes by employing tracking methods and tools, contributing to collaborative treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, conducting both individual and group therapy.
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Deliver family support interventions, providing information and resources aimed at enhancing their child's development.
• Implement a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to promote learning and skill acquisition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

You will serve a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your interpersonal skills will play a significant role in engaging clients and their families, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Two years of professional experience in the field of mental health counseling is mandatory.
• Must possess either an Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in client documentation.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual able to manage billing hours and administrative tasks efficiently.

Experience with telehealth services and a familiarity with remote counseling technologies will be advantageous. Additionally, a background in family therapy and understanding of developmental psychology can contribute positively to your effectiveness in this role.
