• Conduct initial intakes and comprehensive assessments through interviews and evaluations of patients’ psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Provide brief therapy and crisis evaluations via phone triage, ensuring timely referrals to appropriate resources for patients requiring additional support.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, applying effective therapeutic modalities to address mild to moderate mental health issues, while ensuring a compassionate and understanding environment for your clients.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update patient-centered treatment plans that incorporate current best practices to meet the individualized treatment goals of each patient.
• Participate actively in safety programs, which may include being part of an emergency response team, to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

Working in a multicultural and diverse setting, you will have the chance to engage with clients from varying socio-economic backgrounds and ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, maintained in good standing by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate therapeutic concepts clearly and effectively to clients and their families.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing therapeutic services to couples and families or in a related mental health field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, demonstrating strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, including crisis intervention tactics and evidence-based practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
