This full-time position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, without the requirement for on-call duties. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, employing evidence-based CBT techniques to address clients' unique mental health needs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs.
• Utilize technology-driven tools, such as our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, to document sessions, track progress, and monitor client symptoms effectively.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on self-assessment tools and client feedback to ensure optimal progress and goal attainment.
• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions, fostering an environment of ongoing support and shared learning among colleagues.

You will primarily serve individual adults, including those facing complex mental health disorders or elevated risks. We welcome all clients, ensuring culturally responsive care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
• Demonstrated experience working with higher-risk populations, particularly adolescents and adults.

• At least two years of recent experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults with diverse mental health challenges.
• A strong comfort level in treating clients across various backgrounds and mental health conditions, showcasing a dedication to culturally competent care.
• Proficiency with technology and a passion for using digital solutions to enhance clinical practice.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses.
