Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intakes and comprehensive assessments through interviews and evaluations of patients’ psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.
  • Provide brief therapy and crisis evaluations via phone triage, ensuring timely referrals to appropriate resources for patients requiring additional support.
  • Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, applying effective therapeutic modalities to address mild to moderate mental health issues, while ensuring a compassionate and understanding environment for your clients.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update patient-centered treatment plans that incorporate current best practices to meet the individualized treatment goals of each patient.
  • Participate actively in safety programs, which may include being part of an emergency response team, to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, maintained in good standing by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Compensation and Benefits
