  • Lead the technical deployment and sustainment of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) across critical asset classes.
  • Ensure critical equipment has documented failure modes, risk-based maintenance strategies, and performance expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance on predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and data analytics applications.
  • Analyze performance data to identify systemic failure patterns and recommend permanent corrective actions.
  • Lead or support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for complex or high-risk equipment failures.
  • Support capital projects by embedding reliability and maintainability requirements into design, specification, and asset handover.
  • Mentor and influence site reliability engineers through technical coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with site, regional, and corporate leaders to improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and asset availability.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
  • 20+ years of experience in industrial or large-scale manufacturing environments.
