• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health statuses, challenges, and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based methods and solution-focused strategies.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to effectively connect with clients and deliver high-quality remote therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Your client caseload will primarily consist of adult individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. We proudly serve a diverse group of clients from different backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and other mental health-related issues. Our therapists have the flexibility to employ various therapeutic modalities that resonate with both their style and the needs of each client, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that drive positive outcomes.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and understanding in the therapeutic relationship.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads effectively.

Experience in delivering therapy services via telehealth platforms is preferred. Candidates who have a track record of working in outpatient settings or boutique counseling practices will find their experience particularly valuable in our client-focused environment.
