Harmony Minds Therapy Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist. This full-time role, based remotely, is tailored for individuals who are passionate about supporting clients who have been impacted by trauma. We specialize in treating conditions related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and several dissociative disorders, utilizing evidence-based interventions and a compassionate approach to care.

This position is uniquely offered as a remote role, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with a vibrant and supportive team. Although the role is primarily remote, therapists will engage with our community health clinic's values and adhere to the highest standards of care. The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a degree of flexibility to accommodate the needs of your patients.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' mental health histories and trauma experiences.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans targeting trauma recovery, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in individual and group therapy settings.
• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention to assist patients during moments of distress or emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation that meets legal and ethical standards to support treatment planning and progress tracking.
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development sessions, staying abreast of the latest research in trauma therapy.

Your expertise will predominantly serve individuals experiencing PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. The focus will include children and adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating the complexities of trauma. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients develop coping mechanisms, process their experiences, and ultimately move towards healing and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally working with trauma-impacted populations.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, underpinned by a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Hands-on experience administering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and providing effective crisis support.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a comfort level in employing various digital tools in remote therapy settings.
• A collaborative attitude, thriving in multidisciplinary teams while fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
