Position Overview

Sweet Epic Travels is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Remote Customer Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experiences while helping travelers create unforgettable journeys. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury travel, relationship building, and concierge-level customer service. You will be the trusted point of contact for clients, providing personalized guidance before, during, and after their travels while representing the Sweet Epic Travels commitment to excellence.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Consult with travelers to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and budgets.
  • Recommend luxury cruises, resorts, all-inclusive vacations, tours, and custom itineraries.
  • Coordinate travel reservations, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and special requests.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records using company systems.
  • Resolve client questions and travel concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Monitor reservations and communicate important travel updates.
  • Conduct pre-departure and post-travel follow-up communications.
  • Introduce clients to Sweet Epic Travels' exclusive Inner Circle Membership and premium travel benefits.
  • Generate repeat business through exceptional client care and relationship management.
  • Encourage referrals and client testimonials to support business growth.
  • Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination knowledge, luxury travel trends, and company offerings.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and memorable client experience.
