• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance standards in a secure electronic health record system.
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize treatment strategies, ensuring holistic care that fosters client empowerment and recovery.
• Enhance community engagement by participating in networking and outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and service utilization.

This role focuses on diverse client populations, including adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be pivotal in providing culturally competent care that respects the uniqueness of each client’s background, experiences, and needs.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or another relevant field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical mental health services is required.

While not mandatory, additional experience in specific therapeutic areas such as substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, or child and adolescent therapy will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will also support a seamless transition into the role.
