They use design thinking, storytelling, and interactive technologies to craft memorable events, virtual spaces, or brand activations. Their work can involve virtual reality, augmented reality, online platforms, or other digital channels to connect with audiences. Working remotely, they collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams using online communication and project management tools. The goal is to deliver impactful experiences that resonate with users, regardless of physical location.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse population.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in adolescent and young adult counseling, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or experiential therapies) will be highly valued. Additionally, a background in facilitating group therapy sessions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive annual salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. This includes access to ongoing professional development, continuing education support for obtaining CEUs, clinical supervision at no cost, and paid time off for personal health and well-being.
