As a Remote B2B Phone Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by connecting with business owners across the country and helping them discover the value of ReminderMedia's marketing tools. You will thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and be instrumental in expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, targeting small businesses.
  • Engage in persuasive sales conversations to identify needs and present tailored marketing solutions.
  • Handle objections effectively and close sales over the phone.
  • Maintain a consistent activity level aligned with daily outbound dialing targets.
  • Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients to support retention and growth.
  • Utilize provided remote equipment and technology to deliver exceptional sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in B2B inside sales or closing, including outbound dialing and cold calling
  • Experience working in a high-volume outbound calling environment (approximately 250 dials per day)
  • Phone-based B2B selling and closing experience, conducting sales conversations and closing deals over the phone
  • English proficiency for phone-based selling
  • Available to work during Eastern Time business hours
  • Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote sales work
  • Quiet home workspace suitable for making high-volume sales calls
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling marketing or advertising products and services to small businesses (SMB)
  • Compensation expectations within the $65k–$125k OTE range
