Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of clients by building positive and therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress and stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect individual client needs and therapeutic goals.
