• Maintain a caseload of clients by building positive and therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress and stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect individual client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Document client interactions meticulously in progress notes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent client information and develop initial treatment strategies.
• Engage in weekly individual counseling sessions, providing direct psychotherapy services that address specific mental health challenges.
• Participate in scheduled supervision sessions to reflect on practice and seek guidance for professional growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate client care effectively.
• Foster a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients range from young children to adults, each with unique backgrounds and needs. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to support their recovery and enhance overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Technologically savvy with comfort in using tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for scheduling and documentation.
• Experience in administering intake assessments and direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and demonstrate the ability to engage actively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with mental health regulations, as well as ongoing education in contemporary mental health issues, is highly valued.

Clear Horizons offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, supplemented by a fee-for-service payment structure that rewards your hard work. Benefits include:
