• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address those needs effectively.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques in sessions with individuals, groups, and families, adapting your therapeutic approach to suit varying mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment, ensuring all aspects of client care are seamlessly integrated.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, assuring them of your expertise and empathy during high-stress moments.

You will work with a diverse clientele representing various ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. • An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness, ensuring effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.

• Experience in community health settings or similar mental health environments.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention techniques.
