Together & Strong Counseling is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess therapeutic progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on each client's unique needs while regularly monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and progress notes for all clients in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent client information for treatment planning.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Engage in individual supervision as a means of professional development and adherence to ethical clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
