Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with educational staff and parents to support students' mental health needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
  • Effectively communicate with physicians, educators, and families to report on patient progress, discussing any concerns or observed changes in behavior.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress, ensuring their safety and offering appropriate coping strategies.
  • Regularly assess, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients based on documented progress toward treatment goals.
  • Conduct counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques that promote emotional resilience and personal development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on students exhibiting a range of psychological and emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
