• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle a caseload effectively without compromising service quality.
• Engage in regular professional development by attending required training sessions and continuing education programs to maintain licensure and stay updated on best practices.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems to track patient progress, document interactions, and communicate treatment plans efficiently.
• Attend and positively participate in team meetings, contributing to an atmosphere of collaboration and shared learning.
• Provide comprehensive assessments and support for clients facing financial or social challenges, connecting them with community resources as needed.
• Assist in triaging cases to address priorities and allocate tasks within the team to ensure consistent quality of care.
• Other duties may be assigned to support the overall mission and operational needs of the organization.

The primary focus of this role is on young individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. The ideal candidate will tailor their therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of adolescents and young adults, ensuring they receive effective support through tailored telehealth sessions. Your expertise will directly impact their ability to achieve personal growth and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active and valid state license as either a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and families through virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and telehealth technologies to maintain efficient workflows.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement in clinical skills and methodologies.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, particularly in dealing with a youth population, is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing high caseload volumes while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
• A track record of proficiently collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others and inspire positivity in treatment settings.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, which may be adjusted based on caseload and experience.
