Guided by this purpose, we chart a course together toward achieving remarkable financial growth with the intention to elevate our revenue within the next decade. This growth will serve as a testament to our ability to create a lasting impact.

Our vision comes to life as we continue to expand our vibrant and interlinked community that empowers independent private practices. By uniting like-minded practice owners, we will become a catalyst for growth, foster innovation, and amplify positive change within communities.

We believe in the potential of entrepreneurship and know that it can transform lives. Our 'why' is the foundation that fuels us. It's a commitment we share to drive growth among our member practices by a minimum of 15% in year-over-year comparisons and enhance a positive influence by nurturing our team with an environment that celebrates flexibility, growth, and perpetual learning.

Our journey is evolving, our purpose is clear, and our actions are driven by a collective spirit. We are not merely pursuing numbers; we are shaping legacies, building communities, and creating ripples of change through entrepreneurship, education, and meaningful connections as we leave a lasting footprint.

We’re looking for a high-urgency, momentum-driven operator to step in as our Driver of Momentum & Activation, someone who thrives on movement, knows how to turn sparks into fire, and refuses to let opportunities stall.

This is not a passive sales manager or CRM administrator role. This is the energy engine behind the sales team. You’ll wake up thinking:
“What moved today? What’s stuck? Who needs to be activated before noon? Who to target next & what strategy to use”

Your Mission

You will partner with the Head of Company to drive strategy, daily sales energy, lead activation, and strategic follow-through, working across sales, marketing, and partnerships to turn motion into money.

Strategic Thinking In Motion

You are not here to build the big strategic deck for next quarter.
You are here to operate live strategy… in the now.

  • Identify what is working or stalling before anyone else spots it.
  • Make tactical pivots (led by data) immediately ~ no waiting for permission.
  • Pull leadership in only to validate thinking and when a decision involves long-term positioning, pricing, or risk.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

1. Drive Daily Energy & Accountability

  • Participate in short daily standups or Slack syncs to set focus + action.
  • Ensure every rep is in motion, calls, follow-up, energy visible.
  • Enforce speed-to-lead, every inquiry is touched within hours.
  • Send proactive nudges to reactivate stalled or quiet leads.
  • Inspect calendars & forecast daily, no silent days allowed.

2. Move the Pipeline ~ Fast

  • Monitor the pipeline in real time to spot stuck or inactive deals.
  • Activate “move now” plans,  text, invite, reframe, escalate.
  • Recommend mini-push campaigns for reactivation when momentum slows.
  • Review key metrics: show rate, follow-up depth, booking velocity.
  • Work with the team to flag & fix broken automations before anyone else notices.

3. Be the Intelligent Sales Connector

  • Bridge marketing - sales - partnerships - events - operations seamlessly.
  • Ensure leads from webinars, events, or partners get action within hours.
  • Partner with marketing to deploy micro-messaging pivots instantly.
  • Collaborate with GHL/data team so dashboards reflect reality, live.

You Are a Fit If…

  • You thrive in high-velocity environments, slow bores you.
  • You have experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, or sales activation roles, startup or agency background is ideal.
  • You naturally track momentum metrics (show rate, speed-to-lead, follow-up depth, etc.).
  • You don’t wait for instruction, you see what must move and make it move.
  • You are equal parts strategic + relentless activator.

Why you will want to join our Team

There are a few things that set DVM Elite apart from other employers . . .

  • We’re OG on remote work!  We were 100% remote before COVID made it a thing.
  • Since our whole company is remote, there is no on-site vs. off-site divide.
  • Your suggestions and experience are not only heard but actioned.  We LOVE new ideas!
  • Unique gifts and talents are not only celebrated, but considered necessary for success.
  • A genuine vibe of collaboration, connection, and camaraderie!

Hours, Availability, & Location

This role will be part-time. In general, you should be available during regular business hours in your time zone. You should have a permanent address and be authorized to work in one of the following U.S. States:  AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI.
Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid holidays.
  • Teledoc services offered for you and your family.

This role begins at part-time with opportunity to scale
