Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to identify patients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans to facilitate improved mental health outcomes.
  • Provide evidence-based short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention for a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
  • Design and facilitate engaging therapeutic groups and workshops that focus on skill-building in areas such as stress management, emotional regulation, and personal development.
  • Work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community organizations, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and promoting wellness in our community.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards as well as organizational procedures.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
