Job description

We are PUBG, the global battle royale phenomenon! After the release of our flagship title in 2017 we have become one of the highest selling games of all time with over 75 million copies sold - that's a lot of Chicken Dinners! And that's only the beginning: PUBG Madison is developing an exciting new IP that aims to push the shooter genre forward.
Our state-of-the art studio and brand-new motion capture studio are in the heart of Madison, WI, a city frequently named the best place to live in the US for its vibrant culture, natural beauty, and outstanding, innovative educational institutions. PUBG Madison has been named a Top Workplace in 2025 and 2026 for our positive, strong company culture. Experience the perfect balance of urban excitement and natural tranquility in a city with more than 200 miles of hiking and biking trails, an incredible downtown farmer's market, and family-friendly neighborhoods.
The role is open to remote work for those located in the United States and Canada. Preference will be given to those able to work in-person from our studio in Madison, Wisconsin.
The person we're looking for:
PUBG Studios Madglory seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ambitious AAA live-service multiplayer shooter. You will own, develop, and execute high-impact online and offline marketing strategies across the full product lifecycle - from the initial launch through long-term live service - ensuring the game builds and sustains a passionate global community of players while meeting its commercial objectives. This position reports to the Publishing Lead and primarily works during CT business hours Mon-Fri but requires regular evening meetings for international collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership
  • Own, manage, and champion full-lifecycle product marketing campaigns from strategy through go-to-market and post-launch live operations, while driving alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies for the game's launch and ongoing live-service operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional marketing teams to ensure tactical execution aligns with the marketing strategy and financial objectives of the product.
  • Design and operate platform-specific campaigns across all major platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, and PC).
Go-to-Market & Partnerships
  • Execute across all go-to-market functions and opportunities, including consumer product integrations, channel marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Lead marketing collaboration with key platform holders (Sony, Microsoft, etc.) and internal teams including Development, PR, Community and others.
  • Drive influencer and creator partnerships, community events, esports, and seasonal content marketing.
Agencies, Creative & Media
  • Lead and manage relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and creative vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Work with external agencies and internal creative partners to produce best-in-class marketing content, including key art, logos, video trailers, and social media assets.
  • Plan and deploy effective paid advertising campaigns across a range of scopes and objectives, in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Performance, Analytics & Budget
  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, reach, engagement, conversion, player acquisition cost, retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance, player feedback, and market trends to derive actionable insights and continuously improve marketing efficiency.
  • Drive data-informed decision making through regular reporting, A/B testing, and post-campaign analysis.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of video game marketing experience, with a strong preference for live-service multiplayer titles.
  • Deep understanding of the shooter, multiplayer, live-ops, and free-to-play games landscape.
  • Demonstrated success organizing and championing a marketing plan from strategy through go-to-market and post-launch live operations.
  • Direct experience working with and managing external marketing agencies (creative, media buying, performance, PR, or social).
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners including platform holders.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to run multiple projects across multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of how to appeal to and engage both the endemic gaming audience and the mass-market consumer.
  • Ability to produce and evaluate creative work through the lens of good creative direction, product positioning, and marketing objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data, player feedback, and performance metrics into clear strategic actions and business cases framed by KPIs and ROI.
  • Ability to set and meet expectations for timelines, budgets, and deliverables with quality and consistency.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, including monthly expense tracking and forecasting.
  • Able to work during 11am-4pm CT Monday-Friday with regular availability during 8-11pm CT for international collaboration meetings
What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive employer funded healthcare - ensuring you pay nothing out of pocket for in-network medical care
  • Employer-paid premiums for dental, vision, short & long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D insurance

  • Generous annual sick leave days to prioritize your well-being
  • Annual health & wellness, video game, and continuing education reimbursements
  • Industry-leading family planning and fertility care benefits, including gender-affirming care, through Carrot Fertility
