This remote position allows you to work from home while collaborating closely with a cohesive team of licensed therapists and healthcare professionals. You'll benefit from regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient care. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, occasional flexibility in your schedule may be required during peak events or for team-related activities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients, using screening tools to evaluate mental health conditions and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver effective short-term and long-term counseling solutions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops addressing anxiety, trauma, stress management, and personal growth, integrating peer support to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to provide a holistic approach to mental health care, coordinating treatment efforts and resources effectively.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, including organizing community events and digital campaigns that reduce stigma.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all counseling sessions and patient interactions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders. We prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space, encouraging open communication and advocating for mental well-being. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in uplifting individuals through personalized support and therapeutic interventions.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of prevalent mental health issues and the dynamics of a remote counseling environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, encouraging trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual counseling sessions and familiarity with tools such as telehealth platforms.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, ideally with experience in community health.
• Demonstrated expertise in brief therapy models and crisis intervention techniques.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions and workshops designed to improve client engagement and outcomes.
