In this critical role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, creating customized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Work closely with a range of healthcare professionals, enhancing treatment coordination and comprehensive care for each client.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need during emergencies.

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Show cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for effectively serving a diverse clientele.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have:

• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems to assist clients in accessing additional support services.
