About the Role

This US-based role is responsible for driving business growth in our North America region by generating and converting demand through executive-level events and strategic partnerships. This role blends marketing, business development, executive enablement, and event execution.

As the Partnership and Events Coordinator, your primary goal is to create high-quality business opportunities by initiating and activating partnerships that lead to executive workshops that serve as the companyโ€™s sales funnel. You will continue to build out and fill the introductory sessions led by the CEO as part of our Flow Solutions Workshop series and work to create a community of leaders enthusiastic about Theory of Constraints. You will manage existing partnerships and help find new ones with associations across the United States.

At a high level, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating high-impact events throughout the year that can convert into quality leads for long-term engagements
  • Building the funnel from partnership creation to event execution to post event conversion
  • Maximizing the CEOโ€™s presence in the US and strengthening his position as a leader in this space

This is a high-travel, high-autonomy role for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable representing the company alongside senior leadership.

Core ResponsibilitiesPartnership and Relationship Development
  • Research and identify national and regional professional associations as potential partners
  • Outreach to identified association targets, setting up meetings and pitches for CEO
  • Find and connect with leaders in large organizations that are TOC champions to build out a community
  • Seek and arrange opportunities within these large companies to bring them personalized training and development led by the CEO and Senior Leadership
  • Leverage existing network relationships and client connections to generate new partnership leads
Marketing
  • Create marketing plans, strategies, and content to ensure attendance at events and general awareness around our efforts
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager on marketing materials and website updates
  • Collaborate with the CEO on promotional content including videos and social media posts
  • Explore and implement the use of SEO, Google Ads, and other inbound lead generation channels
Workshop Logistics and Event Management
  • Manage logistics for concurrent workshops across the US
  • Execute social media and marketing campaigns for events, including LinkedIn outreach, network activation, and promotional content coordination, working to ensure the room is filled with the right people
  • Work with association partners on event logistics, providing support where necessary
  • Handle logistics for events held within large companies as needed
CEO Leverage
  • Build and manage the CEO's US calendar during monthly visits, prioritizing the highest-value activities: workshops, prospect meetings, association meetings, and follow-up visits
  • Utilize CEOโ€™s network and social media, boosting his reach and positioning him as a thought-leader in our industry
  • Find and leverage opportunities such as keynotes, webinars, speaking engagements, podcasts etc for the CEO to participate in
  • Coordinate US travel logistics as needed
On-Site Support and Post-Event Follow-Up
  • Travel to and attend workshops to support the CEO, and build rapport with attendees
  • Lead post-event outreach to attendees to encourage registration for paid training programs
  • Drive conversion of workshop attendees into paid training registrations
  • Maintain relationships with associations and past attendees

Requirements

Desired Qualifications
  • 1o 5 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or event management
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects across different stages and locations
  • Experience utilizing social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc for promotion and marketing
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or campaign management
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through discipline
  • Ability to build and manage professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong verbal communication skills; able to represent the company professionally alongside the CEO
  • Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a chief-of-staff, executive assistant, or operations capacity
  • Comfortable with significant domestic travel
  • Located in the continental US with easy access to a major airport
