Required:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years in events or field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting event marketing programs including vendor coordination, asset and swag management, campaign support, and on-site event execution.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Skilled in collaborating across teams, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing timelines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other common marketing tools in a B2B marketing tech stack.

As an Events Marketing Associate I, you will support the planning and execution of Sparrow's marketing events, helping bring our brand to life through meaningful in-person and virtual experiences. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales and partnerships teams to plan and execute events that strengthen relationships, generate pipeline, and elevate our presence in the HR space. This position reports to our Senior Field Marketing Manager.
What you will do
Support planning and execution of Sparrow's hosted and sponsored B2B marketing events, including webinars, executive dinners, tradeshows, and conferences.
Manage event logistics from start to finish, including venue and vendor coordination, asset and swag management, shipping, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.
Coordinate cross-functional and external partners to align timelines, creative deliverables, and campaign execution.
Assist with pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns, social media, email communications, and lead follow-up to drive engagement and sales enablement.
Track event budgets, timelines, and documentation; maintain organized records including contracts, materials, and post-event reports.
Partner with Marketing Operations to monitor performance, manage attendee data, and report on goals using tools such as Salesforce.
Research and evaluate new event opportunities to inform future planning and continuously improve event strategy and ROI.

About you
