This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your work schedule while ensuring that you provide consistent support to our clients. As part of a dynamic healthcare team, you will collaborate virtually with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to share knowledge and strategies that further support our diverse clientele. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources for effective treatment.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care coordination and a client-centered approach.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support at-risk clients.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Facilitate specialized group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that empower clients with coping strategies and community support.

Our clinic serves a diverse community encompassing individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. As a Clinical Social Worker, your ability to provide culturally sensitive care and build rapport will be pivotal in engaging clients from different backgrounds and improving their overall treatment outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient context, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient understanding of various evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply them effectively with clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Experience in telehealth practices, particularly in delivering remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client tracking.
• Background in working with trauma-informed care approaches.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a competitive sign-on bonus.
