• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, helping to inform treatment strategies.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to deliver comprehensive care and treatment consistency.
• Lead group therapy sessions, workshops, and psychoeducational classes to enhance community engagement and foster support networks among clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions when necessary, formulating safety plans that prioritize client well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

Our clientele consists of individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong assessment capabilities.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we value dedication and a willingness to learn. Experience in conducting group therapy sessions or psychoeducation classes will give candidates an edge in our collaborative environment.
