• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify and understand the mental health needs of clients.
• Formulate and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client objectives.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and coordination.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client privacy at all times.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, engage in case conferences, and seek professional development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain best practices in mental health care.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Florida is required.

• A proven background with at least one year of experience conducting individual and group therapy within the mental health setting.
• Familiarity and proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant for mental health treatment.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, with potential bonuses to reward your dedication and achievements.
