Our cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system will provide you with the necessary resources to document your client interactions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling sessions, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to conduct confidential sessions, focusing on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Manage and monitor client treatment plans to ensure progress towards personal goals, adjusting methodologies as needed based on clinical assessments.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in webinars, workshops, and training sessions offered by Heritage Counseling Center.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment protocols and share best practices that promote client wellness.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health symptoms, formulate diagnostic impressions, and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory standards, including for Medicare and Medicaid.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
