Job Summary
The Senior Data Integration / Informatica ETL Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data integration solutions using Informatica platforms. This role focuses on building scalable ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance, supporting analytics and reporting, and managing large-scale customer data across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC/IICS, and IDC
  • Build and manage Informatica mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and packages
  • Develop Data Modules and Framework Manager components using Informatica PowerCenter
  • Implement data quality rules and governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Manage the lifecycle of customer data, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Perform advanced SQL development and optimization across Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and Azure SQL
  • Utilize Teradata utilities including BTEQ, Multi-Load, Fast Export, TPT, Viewpoint, and SQL Assistant
  • Support BI data modeling and analytics reporting using Informatica and/or Python
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for customer experience initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Leverage advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques for customer segmentation and predictive analysis (added advantage)
  • Automate ETL processes using Unix/Linux shell scripting and scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys
  • Collaborate with large enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC / IICS, and IDC
  • Advanced expertise in ETL development and data integration consulting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Azure SQL)
  • Hands-on experience with Teradata utilities (BTEQ, Multi-Load, Fast Export, TPT)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and BI concepts
  • Experience with Java and integration frameworks
