Our client is a growing international education organization focused on providing high-quality English language learning opportunities to students and learners worldwide.

As the organization continues to expand its online education services, they are seeking two dedicated and engaging ESL Teachers in the Philippines to join their remote team and deliver effective English instruction to international learners.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote, full-time role for ESL Teachers based in the Philippines.

The primary focus of this position is to deliver engaging and effective English lessons while helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.

The ideal candidates are confident communicating in English, passionate about teaching, patient with learners, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and structured English lessons online

- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking

- Adapt teaching methods and lesson materials based on student needs and proficiency levels

- Encourage students to actively participate in lessons and communicate in English

- Provide constructive feedback on student performance and progress

- Monitor and document student development

- Prepare lesson materials, activities, and teaching resources

- Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment

- Track attendance, lesson progress, and student performance

- Identify areas where students may require additional support

- Communicate professionally with students and relevant stakeholders when required

- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development activities

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field is an advantage

- Minimum 1–2 years of ESL, English teaching, tutoring, or related teaching experience is preferred

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Clear pronunciation and strong command of the English language

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
