Fully Aided Psychotherapy Services is in search of a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely within an outpatient office setting. • Provide individualized therapy to clients across various demographics, including adults and children, addressing their unique relational and emotional needs.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and relationship dynamics, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Employ family systems theory and systemic approaches, utilizing specific interventions to improve communication and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Respond to crises with immediate support and interventions to safeguard clients and their families during challenging situations.
• Document client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality.
• Facilitate educational sessions on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution skills, and coping methods to empower clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated and holistic care to clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed on the latest research and best practices within marriage and family therapy to enhance service quality.

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse patient population seeking outpatient mental health services. You will work with clients facing a range of challenges, including familial conflicts, relationship stressors, and individual mental health concerns. Our goal is to address these issues in a compassionate setting, leveraging evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in a therapeutic setting, with a strong emphasis on outpatient services.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a deep commitment to ethical and confidential care practices.
• A proven ability to work autonomously while fostering collaborative relationships within a clinical team.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs effectively.

• Prior experience working with a diverse range of clients, especially in outpatient therapy settings.
• Proficiency in employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to marital and family dynamics.
• Familiarity with crisis management and intervention techniques.
