Job description

Job Title: RN UR Case Manager/ Care Coordinator
Location: Albuquerque, NM (Remote)
13 Weeks Assignment
Shift: 8 hour varied
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Job Description: UR Inpatient/Acute Care Experience (minimum, current 12-months) is required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. This is a 13-week contract assignment and requires at least one 13-week previous travel assignment and two (2) years current experience required in specialty.
Certifications: BLS certification required and must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Shifts: Varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Position will float to other areas as needed, within scope of practice.
EMR: EPIC experience required, Xsolis experience preferred.
Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Required to be in person. NO exceptions.
Scrubs: Required and not provided by the facility.
