Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to deliver care to clients from the comfort of your own home. While you'll have the flexibility of remote work, you will also have access to our outpatient office for occasional collaborative meetings and team-building activities. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with the structure to efficiently manage your caseload while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
  • Developing customized treatment plans tailored to the unique requirements, goals, and preferences of each client.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients towards recovery.
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and various treatment options available.
  • Monitoring client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations, and enhancing care as needed.
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
  • Staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually improve therapeutic strategies and client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on clients dealing with mood disorders and their families. You will play an essential role in developing therapeutic relationships built on trust and understanding. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
