Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing
  • Help the teams improve efficiency, quality and speed of their development processes.
  • Rally entire cross-functional teams around major goals and initiatives.
  • Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries
  • Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions
  • Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints
  • Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance
  • Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required
  • Design and Develop APIs/micro services in C#/.net core and UI in Angular or React

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field 
  • 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering
  • 5 year or professional experience in C# and .NET development
  • 5 years of experience with unit/integration testing
  • 3 years of professional experience building services or full stack applications using technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, React, Angular, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS 
  • 3 years of professional experience working with CI/CD deployment pipelines and Git-based source control workflows in a production software development environment 
  • 3 years of experience developing solutions hosted within public cloud providers such as Azure/AWS, etc.
  • 1 year of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Kubernetes and Azure application hosting
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and developing staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
  • Ability to lead peers as well as teams not under your direct management.Great articulation skills and stakeholder management experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
