Job Title: Project Manager – Enterprise ERP Transformation

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise ERP transformation and implementation initiatives. This individual will manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and enterprise-wide business process changes. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and working closely with senior leadership to drive successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large enterprise ERP implementation and transformation projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project governance
  • Partner with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders to align project goals and priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and external vendors
  • Drive project planning activities including status reporting, RAID logs, resource planning, and milestone tracking
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular leadership updates
  • Ensure successful change management, stakeholder engagement, and project adoption
  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering large ERP implementation or transformation projects
  • Strong experience working with senior executives and business leaders
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of project governance, SDLC, and delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP certification is considered an asset

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise systems
  • Experience within large enterprise or regulated environments
  • Agile and/or hybrid project delivery experience
