- Managing and analyzing Held By Production (HBP) assets across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and other basins.
- Reviewing leases, drilling clauses, production data, and title to determine HBP status
- Communicating findings clearly to clients, project managers, and internal teams (no disappearing acts here!)
- Keeping documentation clean, organized, and client-ready
- Working independently while still being a reliable, responsive team player
- Proven Oil & Gas Landman experience (Texas & New Mexico required)
- Strong, hands-on experience with HBP determinations
- Strong due diligence (HBP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you follow up, explain well, and keep people in the loop)
