This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you. Our infrastructure promotes a flexible work-life balance, with a schedule that typically runs Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Deliver evidence-based therapy to individual adults through live video sessions, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with other psychiatric providers and team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans, integrating insights and expertise from multiple disciplines.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and continuous progress evaluations to adapt treatment interventions as necessary, ensuring that clients remain on track to meet their goals.
• Participate in weekly drop-in consultations with leadership, providing a forum for clinical discussion and collaborative problem-solving.

Your work will primarily involve adults who experience various mental health issues. This may include those with elevated risks and complex needs. You will be equipped to handle a wide array of mental health disorders, which requires a deep commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations. Your role will emphasize developing effective treatment modalities that genuinely resonate with clients' experiences and contexts.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution, leading to licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working directly with adult populations, particularly those at higher risk for severe mental health challenges.
• An independent license in your discipline, with at least one year of post-licensure clinical experience.
• A strong willingness to treat all client demographics and a dedication to delivering care that respects and acknowledges cultural diversity.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance clinical practice and patient engagement.

• Proven experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to individuals dealing with a range of mental health disorders.
• Background in treating diverse populations and complex cases that require tailored therapeutic approaches.
• A track record of ongoing professional development through training and education that supports your clinical skills.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
