Base pay range $45.00/hr - $65.00/hr Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $45โ€“$65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10โ€“40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Oversee and structure multimedia production and post-production pipelines to ensure consistency and quality.

Maintain continuity across scenes, sequences, and assets for narrative and visual coherence. Design, implement, and refine visual effects to enhance overall production value. Review AIโ€generated multimedia outputs and provide expert feedback for realism, polish, and cinematic quality.

Apply creative and technical judgment to support AI systems learning from highโ€quality production workflows. Requirements Strong professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production. Proven background in producing, directing, post-production supervision, or related roles.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Nuke. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and continuity.
