Tria Prima is a Sales, Marketing and Salesforce-focused consulting firm serving banks, credit unions, fintechs, insurance companies, and data-driven technology firms. We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Solution Consultant who combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong data and domain intelligence across financial services and adjacent industries.

This role is hands‑on and client‑facing, with growing leadership responsibility over time. The consultant will act as a subject‑matter expert across Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and analytics, owning solution design, QA, and delivery quality while managing a small portfolio of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for approximately three client accounts
  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
  • Rapidly understand client business models, data structures, and revenue drivers
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support consultative scoping and pricing
Solution Design & Delivery
  • Own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design across CRM, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Data Cloud, and APIs
  • Oversee implementation and delivery of designed solutions ranging from new platform implementations to journey and workflow implementations
  • Design scalable solutions using platforms and data models that reflect how client businesses operate
  • Write and review SQL in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Partner closely with Salesforce developers and Junior Consultants to guide implementation
  • QA all solution implementations vs requirements prior to client delivery
  • Produce BRDs, FRDs, solution designs, ERDs, journey maps, and client‑ready presentations
  • Use and contribute to Tria Prima documentation templates
Internal Leadership
  • Serve as internal SME for data‑centric Salesforce design
  • Provide QA and guidance to other consultants
  • Contribute to internal best practices and product design efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years Salesforce implementation and retained support experience
  • 5+ years external consulting experience
  • 3+ years in a direct client account management role
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud (including SQL)
  • Experience in financial services or other complex, data‑rich industries
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new business models and translate them into solution or data designs
  • Active Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud certifications required
  • Operate as a US‑based LLC with primary commitment to Tria Prima
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Admin, BA Certification or similar) are a strong plus.
  • Previous experience working as a contractor or in a consulting firm serving Financial, Banking, or Fintech clients.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM platforms, data analytics tools, or cloud‑based technologies relevant to the financial services industry.
Who This Role Is Not For
  • Salesforce admins without consulting experience
  • Candidates without experience in data‑driven environments
  • Architects who avoid hands‑on delivery and QA
Compensation
  • $160,000 annual guaranteed consulting fee OR
  • Hourly based a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week
  • Performance bonus tied to client profitability
Why Work at Tria Prima

Tria Prima is built for senior consultants who want client and solution ownership, autonomy, and real client impact.

Our consultants operate in complex, B2B and B2C environments and are expected to own their work like it’s their client and their reputation on the line. We value pragmatic solutions, rapid delivery, and high quality over over‑engineering or perfectionism.

This is not an order‑taking environment. Consultants are expected to form opinions, engage directly with clients, and create structure where ambiguity exists. Clear documentation, reliable execution, and attention to the small things that scale are core to how we work. We expect all consultants to be continuously learning in order to bring more creative solutions to Tria Prima clients.

Consultants succeed at Tria Prima because they enjoy solving new problems, working with trusted long‑term clients, and contributing to client solutions and to the growth of the firm and its products. This role offers REAL LIFE flexibility, exposure to cutting‑edge industry challenges, and the chance to make a tangible difference in client operations.
