What You'll Work On
Customer Relationship & Retention:Serveas a trusted visor toestablishedcustomers, fostering loyalty and achieving retention targets.Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews.Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and mitigate competitive threats.
Account Management & Growth:Developand execute strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability.Identifyandimplement operational and service improvements to drive customer success.Influence purchasing decisions andoptimizereagentutilization.
Technical & Operational Support:Performassay integrations and address laboratory technical needs.Support new account implementations, including ordering, installation, and validation.Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operational efficiency.

The role is a remote, field-based position.
Ability to travel up to 75%-80% in assigned territory and other domestic business locations. Expected up to 50% overnight travel.
Territory covers Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and western Ohio.
The ideal candidate must reside in territory, ideally in a metro by a major airport. Ideal metros are Chicago, Detroit, Springfield, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Toledo, Dayton.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree+3 years,Associate'sdegree+ 5,HS/GED +7 years of relevant experience
Professionalexperienceinsales or laboratory operations.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
