• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring all interactions are confidential and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions, leveraging evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Document client progress through detailed and accurate session notes, providing insights and updates to track therapeutic outcomes and adjustments in care.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to coordinate support and resources for clients, participating in regular professional development and training sessions.
• Monitor client feedback and outcomes, utilizing insights to refine therapeutic approaches and enhance the quality of care provided.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults seeking mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• Active licensure in your respective field (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with no disciplinary actions on record.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for the purpose of session documentation.
