This position is offered in a remote work setting, allowing you to provide counseling services without the constraints of a traditional office environment. As a member of our outpatient team, you will engage with clients through telehealth visits, making mental health services accessible and convenient. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art teleconferencing technology, ensuring that you can meet clients effectively while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing standardized tools to understand mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide therapy sessions—whether individual, group, or family—tailored to the specific needs of each client, allowing for adjustments based on progress and feedback.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises through scheduled telehealth sessions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the process.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Our clients include individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Your expertise will help empower them to navigate their challenges and foster personal growth.

• The candidate must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for formulating effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are critical to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• A strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice is a must.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is an asset.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency in therapy is highly valued.
