Job description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, billing, service setup, and general support while delivering a positive and professional experience.

This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking across multiple systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with:
    • Billing inquiries and payments
    • Service sign-ups and account updates
    • General account and service questions
  • Promote and upsell service offerings when appropriate
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Analyze issues and provide solutions based on established guidelines
  • Build rapport with customers through clear, friendly communication
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure full resolution
  • Maintain professionalism across all interactions

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong ability to multitask across multiple screens, tools, and systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to talk, type, and navigate systems simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Windows-based systems (Windows 10 or 7)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume
  • Willingness to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Work From Home Requirements
  • Reliable home internet connection:
    • Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Must be able to connect via a wired (ethernet) connection
  • Equipment provided includes: computer, dual monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse

Training Schedule
  • 4 weeks of training
  • Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM EST

Compensation
  • $15.50 per hour

Work Environment
  • Fully remote position
  • 24/7/365 operation with scheduled shifts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
